Booking Options

Events can only be booked through our online system via the Westmeria Counselling Services website. Delegates will be forwarded to our payment system with Charity Checkout.

We do not accept offline bookings.

 

Booking Confirmation

You receive this automatically from Charity Checkout – please keep hold of this email as proof of purchase. We will also receive confirmation of your payment.

 

Cancellations & Transfers

Workshop fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

However, if you know in advance, more than 2 weeks prior to the event, that you are unable to attend you may opt for one of the following:

  1. Transfer your place to someone else, providing that you tell us prior to the day of the event (at least 2 weeks in advance) and provide full registration details of the new delegate. On the day delegate substitutions are not permitted.

Or

  1. If there is a waiting list for the event and we can fill your place, you are welcome to transfer to another CPD event at the same price or higher, (if a higher amount you will need to pay the difference), providing there is a vacancy on the other event you wish to transfer to.

A £15 administration fee is applied to all delegate substitutions and transfers

Transfers must take place within 6 months, or within 4 events – whichever is the longest time and you may only transfer once.

In case of both the transfer options above, we ask that you give at least 2 weeks notice prior to the event you have already purchased.

All transfers are discretionary, but please contact us if you are in doubt of what to do. We will endeavour to assist you if we can.

 

Waiting Lists

If a CPD event becomes full we will operate a waiting list. If you would like to be added to a waiting list please email: enquiries@westmeriacounselling.co.uk

If, more than 2 weeks prior to the event, a space becomes available we will offer the space to the delegates on the waiting list, one at a time, in the order that they were added. We will allow 24 hours for a response before contacting the next delegate on the list

If, under 2 weeks prior to the event, we will contact all delegates on the list via a blanket email and the space will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

 

Pricing & Discounts

We have a competitive pricing system which offers discounts. There are 3 prices ranges:

  1. Discount 1 – Westmeria staff & students in training with us
  2. Discount 2 – Counsellors/Psychotherapists in training (not with Westmeria)
  3. Full price – Qualified counsellors/psychotherapists and other professionals

Please ensure that you select the correct payment at the time of booking. If you select the incorrect discounted amount you will be asked to pay the difference prior to attending. If you have overpaid at the time of booking we will not offer you a refund of the difference.

From time to time we offer promotional discounts, for example, 2 workshops offered at a discounted combined price than if bought as individual purchase. This will be offered at the time of purchase through our booking system. It cannot be offered retrospectively if you have purchased the events individually. There will be no refund of the difference.

 

Duplicate documentation

There will be £5 administration fee for duplicate certificates, proof of purchase or other workshop material available on the day.

 

Zero Tolerance

Very occasionally we find it necessary to ask Westmeria customers and clients to be mindful that we operate a Zero Tolerance Policy. We will not accept any incidents of aggression or abuse to any member of our Westmeria team, whether face to face or in the form of other communications with us.

If there is a misunderstanding or a mistake then we will do what we can to put this right and of course we are always happy to receive your feedback or deal with a complaint that you may have.

We reserve the right to withdraw our services from anyone who persists in such behaviour.
