This one-day workshop will focus on how the way you think about sex and sexual issues, affects the way you feel about it and how you talk about it.

Sex: Thinking, Feeling, Talking
This one-day workshop will focus on how the way you think about sex and sexual issues, affects the way you feel about it and how you talk about it. Key areas for exploration will be:
- Fantasies and Fears
- Early sexual messages
- Sexual values/beliefs/taboos
- Client/therapist sexual attraction
- Sexual patterns (transference)
The day will comprise of small group exercises, role play demonstrations, whole class discussions and individual reflection opportunities.
Facilitation will be delivered from both a Person Centred and Psychodynamic perspective.
Expect to be challenged! Prepare to challenge yourself, others and possibly even change the way you think, feel and talk about sex…
About Mischelle
Mishelle is a highly qualified Integrative counsellor/psychotherapist with specialised skills in Psychosexual and Relationship therapy. Alongside her private practice, Mishelle runs her own counselling training workshops and lectures on counselling courses.
